Kidloland Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kidloland! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Across Pakistan

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, Kidloland may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make more than one delivery attempt. If the parcel remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated refusal, it may be returned to us.

Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed orders without a valid reason may not be eligible for future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Kidloland is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Parcel Inspection

For hygiene and security reasons, parcels cannot be opened before payment. If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
